MOA Architecture designing redevelopment along Poinsett Corridor in Greenville, S.C.

MOA Architecture, Inc. was chosen by developer Midtown Commons, LLC to design a concept for four buildings along a stretch of Poinsett Highway in Greenville, South Carolina. Called the “Poinsett District,” the 8.9 mile stretch of highway from the City of Greenville to Furman University and Travelers Rest is a convenient and active region ideal for additional restaurant, commercial and retail presence.

The space is currently available for pre-lease through Prime Realty Commercial Division. This development could house many concepts, brewery/coffee shop, marketing office or retail space. 1209 Poinsett Highway is 1,200 SF, with great road frontage. 1215 Poinsett Highway is located next door and boasts 3 different building units with 8,000 SF of space to develop. Traffic patterns provided by SCDOT show roughly 25,000+ daily vehicle traffic that pass on Poinsett Highway in this specific area.
