Demolition has begun on the approximately 12,000  square-foot domestic violence shelter in Orangeburg County. Orangeburg County in collaboration with CASA (Citizens Against Sexual Assault) Family Systems hired MOA Architecture to design the complete renovation of this 2 story facility that will provide a safe haven for 14 families who have been affected by sexual assault, family violence, and/or child abuse and neglect.

Major renovation elements includes increased security measures, completely new mechanical electrical and plumbing equipment, commercial kitchen and larger suites to accommodate bigger families along with private kitchenette and bathrooms in each suite.
