Nestled in the campus of the Clemson University Advanced Materials Center, this joint project between Clemson University and the South Carolina Research Authority (SCRA) adds incubator laboratory spaces for small companies. With one side designated as Clemson University’s space and the other side as SCRA’s, the common areas consist of conference rooms, public restrooms, delivery docks, and open lobby area.
