Poinsett Highway Development

Located along Poinsett Highway, just minutes from downtown Greenville and major interstates, this 9,200-square-foot adaptive reuse project breathes new life into four existing buildings. Once home to a mechanic’s shop and a thrift store, these structures have been thoughtfully reimagined and repurposed to serve modern needs while retaining their connection to the area’s history.

The design transforms these underutilized buildings into a vibrant mixed-use destination, offering leasable spaces for restaurants, commercial enterprises, and retail shops. By integrating contemporary finishes, updated infrastructure, and flexible floor plans, the project creates a dynamic environment that supports a diverse range of tenants and activities.

As part of the broader revitalization along the Poinsett Corridor, this redevelopment contributes to Greenville’s ongoing growth and renewal efforts—turning previously dormant spaces into an energetic hub that invites community engagement, economic activity, and continued investment in the area.
