This property sits on the beautiful Lake Keowee. In upgrading the water treatment processing system, the City of Seneca made plans to protect the views of the process by adding a new building on-site and a new surrounding for the actual water intake pump station. This building includes a testing laboratory, office spaces, classroom space, meeting area, and a new control center for the water treatment process.
